Listening. Listening within. Listening to what. Listening to the moment perhaps, letting movement or stillness unfold. With curiosity I explore the living moment with movement, with allowing my body to move as feels natural. For me this is a deep practice of my life, the wild exploration and peaceful presence i have encountered and experienced, has changed my life and I am so grateful for it.I am so happy to share this practice and it feels for me so meaningful that we find ways to live and explore with openness, curiosity, peace and joy.

Listening. Some of what I find particularly beautiful with improvisation and contact improvisation, is that it is about open listening in the moment to what is there. There is no right and wrong, and we don't have to be anything other than ourselves just as we are, to be able to dance. There is also room for our changing nature as humans, from moment moment, day to day, and over time, the dance can change with us. And we can meet others in the dance from where we are in ourselves. This investigation is also something I find it interesting to bring with me in life, to let me be inspired in how I live and to be curious on how it is possible to live.
